At CRYSTEMO, we take pride in delivering high-quality printed artworks. Due to the nature of our products, we have a strict no-return and no-refund policy, except under specific conditions outlined below.
1. General Return & Refund Policy
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind or incorrect purchases.
Every product is custom-made upon order, and therefore, all sales are considered final.
Refunds or replacements may be issued only in cases of defective or damaged products.
2. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please follow these steps:
Contact Us within 15 days of receiving your order via our contact form or support chat.
Provide Photos – We may request photos of the product and packaging to assess the issue.
Resolution – If your claim is approved, we will offer:
A replacement of the same product at no extra cost.
A refund, if a replacement is not possible.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Since all products are made to order, we cannot accept returns in the following cases:
Customer changes their mind after the purchase.
Incorrect item ordered by the customer.
Slight color variations due to screen differences (colors may appear differently on monitors).
Printed paintings come in different materials, sizes, and are available with or without frames. Frames come in different colors, and slight variations may occur.
Shipping delays caused by the carrier, customs, or other external factors.

If required by law, we will comply with all consumer protection regulations applicable in your country of residence.
