At CRYSTEMO, we are committed to providing a smooth and reliable shipping experience. Below, you’ll find all the details about our shipping process, including production time, delivery estimates, and important shipping terms.

1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the following regions:

All European Union countries
United States
Mexico
Canada
United Kingdom
Australia
We do not currently offer shipping to other countries.

2. Production & Processing Time
Each product is made to order. Production time is 2-3 business days before shipping. Once your order is produced, it will be carefully packaged and dispatched.

3. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates
We offer standard international shipping only. Estimated delivery times after production:

European Union: 3-5 business days
United States: 3-5 business days
Mexico, Canada, UK, Australia: 3-5 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to factors such as local postal service delays or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order size. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before completing your purchase.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
There are no customs duties or import taxes for customers, as all items are shipped from within the destination country or region.

For European Union countries, items are shipped from the Netherlands or Spain, depending on the product. For all other destinations, items are shipped from within the respective country or region.

6. Order Tracking
Order tracking may be available for certain items and shipping destinations. If tracking is provided for your order, you will receive the necessary details via email once your package has been dispatched.

7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipment.

8. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed beyond the estimated shipping time, please allow a few extra days, as delays can sometimes occur due to high demand or carrier issues.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact our support team via our contact form or support chat, and we will investigate the issue with the carrier.

9. Damaged Shipments
We take great care in packaging your orders. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will assess the issue and provide a suitable resolution.

10. Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it enters our production process quickly, and changes or cancellations may not be possible. If you need to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you.
